TDX at Illinois

About this service

Description TDX at Illinois is a web-based application that leverages the University of Illinois System's TeamDynamix agreement and is available to Urbana-Champaign campus units to support and manage request, intake, and ticketing processes, and asset management. Getting and using this service

Who can use the service To request your own or to join an existing TDX Application, you must be an IT Pro or other primary representative from a University of Illinois department, college, or unit.

Only authorized Undergraduate students, Graduate/Professional students, Faculty/Staff can access TDX data.

How to get the service Use the “Request TDX at Illinois Support” button.
Cost No cost
Usage constraints Units will be responsible for providing their own staff and support for managing their application. If those resources are not available, units can join the shared U of I Main application which is governed by the U of I Main Advisory Group.
