Multiple Sclerosis Physical Activity (MSPA) Online Class

Part One (Currently Concluding): Physically active peers with multiple sclerosis were hand chosen to become Peer Coaches for the second phase of this study. They were trained in leading small groups as well as help design all aspects of the course.

Part Two (Beginning September 2021): The goal of the peer-led MSPA online class, focusing on behavior change, is to increase physical activity levels among people with multiple sclerosis (MS) and thereby improve their lifestyle and quality of life.
