Technology Services Help Desk Walk-in Appointment Request

Please use this form to request a walk-in appointment with the Technology Services Help Desk.

We recommend you sign in using your NetID and password if you are able.  Non-authenticated users must provide their name twice, an email address, and complete a reCAPTCHA.

The Help Desk is open for walk-in appointments Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Saturday and Sunday from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM.

If you are a retiree from the university, you are still required show that you have building access to create an appointment. This can be through on-campus testing or having uploaded your vaccination record to the Safer Illinois app.
