Ingredients
1 lb. ground turkey
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup ketchup
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1 can (15 ounces) refried beans
1 can (15 ounces) kidney beans, drained
Preparation
Wash hands with soap and water.
In skillet, cook turkey and onion 5 to 7 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F on food thermometer.
Drain and return mixture to skillet.
Stir in ketchup, horseradish, mustard, and beans and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes, until mixture is heated through.
Serve over toasted bread or buns.
Refrigerate leftovers.
