Biography:
Jen Jortner is a Concierge at lynda.com and works with academic and corporate clients. The lynda.com Concierge Program is designed to offer a personal resource to help clients learn the lynda.com administrative tools and support all phases if implementing lynda.com within the organization. Prior to lynda.com, Jen worked for Brainshark, Inc. as a Senior Customer Success Consultant focused on managing implementations, conducting training sessions, and providing support to clients in the Healthcare space. In 2007, Jen received a Master's Degree in Adult and Organizational Learning from Suffolk University.
