What is Creative Cloud?

Adobe Creative Cloud gives you the world’s best applications for -

Faculty and Staff can register for access to Creative Cloud through the Webstore. Follow the three steps below to get started today!

Step One: Login to request the activation of an Adobe Creative Cloud Enterprise ID under the Adobe Campus Agreement. Once you have ordered this free offer, your Adobe Enterprise ID will be activated within one business day or sooner*.

Step Two: After the 24 hour activation period, login to Adobe.Com by entering your University email address and choosing the Enterprise ID account option. This will take you to the familiar shibboleth login screen. Once you complete the two-factor authentication, you will be routed back to the Adobe.com homepage.

Step Three: Download and install the CC Desktop App which gives you access to manage the entire suite of Creative Cloud applications. The Creative Cloud Desktop App is essentially a control panel that allows you to easily install and update Adobe programs, access tutorials, and store and share files with colleagues.

In addition to online training resources, your Enterprise account includes access to Adobe's Education Exchange where faculty share project ideas, teaching resources and expertise. You also get 20 GBs of storage space and access to the Creative Cloud web portal for easy file management.

Creative Cloud Support on Campus

There are a number of resources available to help you get the most from these Adobe applications. Log into the Webstore to register for free FAST 3 hands-on workshops, or check out the online resources available from Adobe and LinkedIn Learning.

How Do Students Access Creative Cloud?

University of Illinois Students are eligible to purchase a discounted Creative Cloud license through the Webstore for $185 per year. With the new Shared Device Licensing (SDL) agreement, students can now login with their NetID at most campus computer labs for free access to all the latest Creative Cloud applications.

Student Access to the Adobe Portal

WebStore has enabled Urbana student access to the Adobe Portal including 2G of free file storage, and free access to Adobe Education Exchange where they'll find Adobe courses, workshops and tutorials. This also gives students free use of​​​ Adobe Spark with these premium features:
