4-H youth in Bond, Clinton, Jefferson, Marion and Washington counties who are taking public speaking will present their speeches on March 7 beginning at 5 p.m. at Kaskaskica College main campus. The Communications Department hosts this annual competition and provides judges for the event. Members will have the option to compete in any of four divisions: formal speech, illustrated speech, original work, or oral interpretation. Participating members should complete their entry by March 1 at fairentry.com. Members will be assigned judging times following the close of registration.
